Designed with user comfort in mind, the saucepan features riveted stainless steel handles with an open V-shaped (patented) design and air-flow technology, keeping the handles cooler and more comfortable to hold. It is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the glass lid can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
