This canner has an encapsulated flat bottom base, stay-cool riveted handles, and a shatter-resistant glass lid.
The heavy-duty lift jar rack is included and will hold seven 1-quart, nine 1-pint, or twelve half-pint jars. The tempered glass lid allows visibility of products being cooked. The easy jar lift rack is designed to sit on the side of the pot so the jars can be loaded easily and then lowered into the canner. It keeps jars off the bottom for full water circulation and is used to remove the jars from the canner.
The encapsulated flat bottom base is perfect for easy temperature control and can be used on gas, electric, and glass cooktops.
